deadlift vs squat - what's the difference?
At first glance, the deadlift and the squat seem almost identical. However, there's a big difference, which is the deadlift is all about picking up weight from the ground. To do that, your body needs to hip hinge well, which is where this series starts!
As always, make sure you can do 3 sets of 10 repetitions of each version before progressing to the next. You'll need a dumbbell, a resistance band, and a yoga block or similar for this series.
