Movement Logic Tutorials came about because we recognized that what most movement teachers need are critical thinking skills to be able to respond to their students' needs in the moment.
If you are a movement teacher who feels your current knowledge base is lacking in this kind of reasoned application of movement therapy, then our courses are for you!
Each of our comprehensive tutorials focuses on a specific body region: Low Back, Pelvic Floor, Shoulders, Neck, and Feet & Ankles.

In this 3-part Pain Science course, I present an overview of the most recent developments in chronic pain research and concrete techniques to better develop self-care and prevention strategies for chronic pain.
The emphasis in chronic pain treatments has shifted to a “biopsychosocial” model. This model views chronic pain as mediated by increased brain sensitization to pain.
But what roles do inflammation, scarring and adhesions in the soft tissues play? How do musculoskeletal and neuro-affective components interact with chronic pain?
This course acts as a “Part 2” to my Pain Science course (see below).
Course Includes:
- Yoga Practice Video: Enjoy a yoga practice video that accompanies this course.
- Recordings of All Webinar Sessions: you will get access to the recordings of all webinar sessions - both MP3 (downloadable) and MP4 (streaming) - go back and listen to the workshop as many times as you like.
- Transcripts of All Sessions: Even the best note-takers miss a point every so often. With the transcripts of the webinar sessions, you can go back and refer to particularly important passages or clarify sections you were in doubt about.
This course qualifies for 3 non-contact hour CEs with Yoga Alliance.
