Can you make one glute stronger?
In a word, yes - using this technique.
The trick is to press the opposite arm down into the ground while you're doing your single leg bridge. This recruits the posterior sling (across your back from one shoulder to the opposite hip) supports that glute to fire it up!

Limbo Camel - How Low Can You Go?
Hate Camel Pose? I gotta say, it's never been my favorite - largely because I have a hard time overcoming my anterior tilt while backbending and more often than not I end up feeling crunched and compressed in my low back. However, there's another use for Camel - as an eccentric hip flexor stretch! Make sure you maintain as much posterior tilt as you can, and keep your pelvis forward in space until the last possible moment! Give it a try and let me know what you think (and how low you can go!)
